How safe is Diem?

All Diemers are vetted through our onboarding process. We interview our applicants, provide training, and receive feedback from every single job they complete to audit their performance.

How secure is your payment processing?

All payments are secured using Chase Bank’s WePay platform. The system is PCI compliant, trusted by Fortune 500 companies, and your funds are not released until you’ve marked the job complete to your satisfaction.

Will I be charged right away?

There are absolutely no charges to post a job on the app. If you are matched with a Diemer, our payment processing system will hold the funds as a pending pre-authorized payment. The funds are never released to the Diemer until the job is completed.

Are there cancellation fees?

If the job is cancelled by the Diemer: NO FEE
If you cancel the job with more than 12 hours notice: NO FEE
If you cancel the job between 6-12 hours: $5.00 per person
If you cancel the job between 2-6 hours: $10.00 per person
If you cancel the job with less than 2 hours notice: $25.00 per person
