Training & Assesment Phase
All our Diemers are trained on the app and then complete an assessment which involves assessing each and every one for their skills in customer service and in the field they are applying for.
Background Verification
A Government Issued Photo ID is collected for Background Verification once the assessment is completed.
Interview & Onboarding Phase
The Diemers who have successfully gone through all steps above of our hiring process can now start accepting jobs on their own. Once they accept their first job, they are onboarded and interviewed once again so they can satisfy our customers for every jobber.
